• No sexual content involving minors or any exploitative depiction of a person.
• No face-swap, deepfake, non-consensual intimate imagery or deceptive impersonation.

Safety and lawful use

• No illegal goods, violence promotion, self-harm encouragement, hate, harassment or discriminatory advertising.
• No fraud, scams, deceptive earnings claims, forged endorsements or misleading political content.
• No malware, credential theft, surveillance, privacy invasion or attempts to bypass safety controls.

Rights and truthful advertising

• Only upload or submit material you own or are authorized to use.
• Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights or privacy rights.
• Generated marketing must accurately represent the advertised product, offer and material terms.

Enforcement

Prompts may be blocked automatically. We may remove content, suspend generation, restrict an account or terminate access when this policy is violated. Attempts to evade moderation are themselves a violation.
