Service and accounts

PosterSpeak AI provides a custom workflow that combines third-party AI image, voice and rendering models. PosterSpeak AI is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those model providers.

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of submitted information and all activity performed through your account.

Subscriptions and credits

• Subscriptions renew at the displayed billing interval until canceled.
• You can schedule cancellation directly from the Billing page; access and unused subscription credits remain available until their applicable expiration.
• Subscription credits are issued after confirmed payment and expire at the end of the applicable subscription period unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, included credits and plan features shown at checkout control your purchase.

Content responsibilities

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store and transmit it to service providers to operate the requested workflow.

You must have all rights and permissions needed for submitted copy, images, voices, brands and personal data. Outputs may require human review and are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate or suitable for every purpose.

Strictly prohibited content

You may not generate NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content. Face-swaps, deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, unlawful content and attempts to evade content moderation are prohibited. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.

Payments, refunds and availability

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law. We may change or discontinue features and may suspend access to protect users, providers or the service.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. PosterSpeak AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
